A woman was arrested after someone took photos of her having s*x with her boyfriend as he was unconscious. Kimberly Jackson, 36, said that she was drunk when she and her boyfriend decided to have s*x in a public parking lot. Jackson said that alcohol made her think that she will not get caught.
She also said that she had the full consent of her boyfriend before he passed out.
When police arrived, they found the boyfriend, Earl Palmer, unconscious and unresponsive. He was taken to the Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Palmer refused to press charges against his girlfriend, saying that he consented before passing out. The couple said that they were both drunk when they decided to have s*x in broad daylight.
They also said that next time they want to have s*x outside, they will look for a more discreet place. Jackson was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
